Zoom Packaging offers safe and free shipping services to the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK. Clients within these regions are eligible for free shipping. However, a minimal shipping fee applies to all printing and packaging products shipped outside of these areas.
Our standard turnaround time is 10 to 12 working days, starting from the approval of the digital proofs for your ordered products.
If the client provides an incorrect or insufficient address for the courier company, the shipment will be returned to us. The customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs to the correct address.
If a shipment remains unclaimed by the client, it will be returned to Zoom Packaging. The client will then be liable for the cost of reshipping the order.
