Refunds & Returns

Since the products and services provided by Zoom Packaging are customized based on your specifications, we recommend contacting us if the products you receive are not as ordered or if they are faulty. Please send us your feedback at sales@zoompackaging.com within 3 working days after receiving your order.

Company-Side Defects

If the product is found to be defective on our part, we will take responsibility and reprint the entire order. Our decision regarding the defect and our responsibility will be final. The customer must return the full order within 7 working days, covering the cost of shipping. To facilitate the reprinting process, the customer should provide photographic evidence of the defects.

Client-Side Defects

If the defect is due to the customer’s error and a refund is still requested, the entire order must be returned. A refund will be processed after deducting shipping, product setup, printing, and billing costs.

Order Cancellation

Once you approve the proof, we forward the job to the press department. You have 4 hours after proof approval to cancel the order. If you cancel after processing has begun, a 5% cancellation fee based on the total order cost will apply. Cancellations must be communicated within 12 to 24 hours.

If you choose to cancel after the order has been processed in the press, no refund will be issued. However, we can offer free warehouse storage and ship the order at a later date, as needed.
