Return Policy:

We understand that you may need to return a product or cancel an order for various reasons. To assist with these situations, we have developed a policy that addresses returns, cancellations, and related concerns. This policy applies to all orders placed with Zoom Packaging and does not affect any legal rights you may have under Consumer Protection laws.

Refunds & Returns:

Since the products and services provided by Zoom Packaging are customized based on your specifications, we recommend contacting us if the products you receive are not as ordered or if they are faulty. Please send us your feedback at sales@zoompackaging.com within 3 working days after receiving your order.

Company-Side Defects:

If the product is found to be defective on our part, we will take responsibility and reprint the entire order. Our decision regarding the defect and our responsibility will be final. The customer must return the full order within 7 working days, covering the cost of shipping. To facilitate the reprinting process, the customer should provide photographic evidence of the defects.

Client-Side Defects:

If the defect is due to the customer’s error and a refund is still requested, the entire order must be returned. A refund will be processed after deducting shipping, product setup, printing, and billing costs.

Order Cancellation:

Once you approve the proof, we forward the job to the press department. You have 4 hours after proof approval to cancel the order. If you cancel after processing has begun, a 5% cancellation fee based on the total order cost will apply. Cancellations must be communicated within 12 to 24 hours.

If you choose to cancel after the order has been processed in the press, no refund will be issued. However, we can offer free warehouse storage and ship the order at a later date, as needed.

Shipping:

Zoom Packaging offers safe and free shipping services to the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK. Clients within these regions are eligible for free shipping. However, a minimal shipping fee applies to all printing and packaging products shipped outside of these areas.

Standard Turnaround Time:

Our standard turnaround time is 10 to 12 working days, starting from the approval of the digital proofs for your ordered products.

Incorrect Address:

If the client provides an incorrect or insufficient address for the courier company, the shipment will be returned to us. The customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs to the correct address.

Unclaimed Shipments:

If a shipment remains unclaimed by the client, it will be returned to Zoom Packaging. The client will then be liable for the cost of reshipping the order.

Zoom Packaging is not responsible for:

1. Delays caused by courier companies.
2. Delays due to unavoidable weather conditions or political events.
3. Delays caused by government authorities, including customs and clearance departments.
4. Delays resulting from incorrect order details or shipping addresses provided by the client.
